About

     Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, I take pride in serving my community and volunteering for many organizations such as Pasadena Humane Society, Hope for Animals, Levitt Pavilions, Race for the Cure, Run for the Hungry, International Red Cross and Red Crescent(“1992”delegate), Sierra Club, and many other organizations.  I also participated in a Group Study Exchange program sponsored by Rotary Club.  I obtained my Bachelor’s degree from California State University of Northridge in Psychology.  For many years, I have worked with San Gabriel Pomona Regional, Non-profit Organization, as a social worker, coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Once I departed from my position as a social worker, I collaborated with a state grant project (2 years) to downsize adult residential facilities (ARF) for the developmentally disabled and have assisted care providers in licensing many facilities through Community Care Licensing.   Currently, I assist care providers with purchasing existing facilities or new homes and guide them through the licensing process.  Besides licensing ARF, I also license RCFE (Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly) and Group Homes (children facilities). I have also worked on a grant project through Department of Developmental Disability where I was part of the Community Advisory Committee.    

   I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and I am a member of National Associational of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Pasadena Foothill Association and Sierra Madre Chamber of Commerece.  My first year as a Realtor, I won an award for the most outstanding sales achievement and performance.  I recently have been inducted to the Re/ Max Executive Club. My specialties are in short-sales, facilities (ARF, RCFE, Group Homes), assisting residential sellers and buyers and investors.  

  The majority of my career has been dedicated to providing customer service, support, and guidance.  My clients’ satisfaction is best demonstrated by their repeat business and referrals.  I am constantly educating myself on the newest market trends, economy, and latest technology.  During a transaction, my clients are constantly updated on all aspects of my efforts through a system called RELAY.  At the end of the transaction they obtain a CD of all the contracts, notes, and disclosures signed by buyer, seller, and agents.  I have access to immediate legal expertise and extensive marketing plan.  Whether you are selling, buying your first home, or investment property, my extensive background in consulting, sales, service, and resources, makes me uniquely qualified to facilitate a smooth transaction.
